Seafood

Mulwarra sources live and fresh seafood directly from reliable growers and fisherman across all Australian States.

A large amount of our seafood exports are delivered directly from the expanding Aquaculture industry in Australia. From Tasmania these include Salmon and Ocean Trout from world renowned Tasmanian growers as well as Live Blue Mussels and Half Shell Scallops and Oysters directly off leases. From South Australia we supply Yellowtail Kingfish, Southern Blue Fin Tuna and live Oysters from Coffin, Streaky and Smokey Bay as well as Franklin Harbour. From Victoria we supply River Trout from the Goulburn River.
 
Over the years we have established strong links with reliable wild catch operators that allows us to supply on an ongoing basis products like Eastern King Prawns, Snapper, Bight Red Fish, Blue Eye Cod and Ling from the wild Southern Oceans of Australia. In addition to this we have reef fish packed directly off boats that come ashore in Northern Queensland and the top end.
