Mulwarra Export in conjunction with Pullman Hotels Malaysia is running a two Month Promotion celebrating Mulwarra Australian Grass Fed Black Angus Beef and Mulwarra Lamb through to Early February 2016.
This promotion is being conducted by Chef Mike Tafe, a Sydney based chef with over thirty years’ experience and included a Media Lunch as well as a Chefs Table.
As with all Guest Chef Promotions and Events conducted for Mulwarra, Mike’s primary objective is to present dishes that best highlight the quality of Australian red meat products. Further to this Mike, meets with fellow Industry Colleagues and Chefs to discuss current global trends in Hospitality as well as receive feedback regarding any issues relating to quality, uses of particular cuts and innovations.
This promotion is a great opportunity for Mulwarra to meet with our customers in the South East Asian region, showcasing a range of items.
