POULTRY
Mulwarra supplies fresh and frozen poultry including duck, quail and chicken, available as whole birds or in a variety of bone-in and boneless cuts, making it an exceptionally versatile range of products. Our range is hormone and antibiotic free.
Duck and quail offer chefs a unique, nutrient-rich alternative to traditional poultry, with excellent flavour, tender texture and plate presentation. All chicken from Mulwarra is Australian bred, raised free to roam and cared for according to strict Australian standards. Premium certified free-range chicken is also available on request.
Mulwarra prides itself on its chilled poultry export expertise and its reliable cold chain process which allows us to confidently ship chilled fresh poultry to international customers.
VENISON
Mulwarra supplies farmed and wild premium venison through a strong partnership with leading Australian and New Zealand producers.
This lean and subtle red meat is an exciting, accessible, and healthy alternative to traditional proteins. Deer are grown and selected in New South Wales, Victoria, or New Zealand and are processed between 18 to 30 months of age.
All venison is produced under quality assurance programs that cover production from paddock to plate. All stock is free range, free of antibiotics and Hormone Growth Promotants.
GOAT MEAT & OTHER GAME
Mulwarra supplies premium goatmeat bred solely for meat production such as boer goats, which are renowned for their superior growth rates and muscle development.
Mulwarra supplies goatmeat in a range of carcase sizes to suit individual customer requirements.
Mulwarra is also able to supply a selection of specialty game meats such as kangaroo, ostrich, emu, crocodile and camel, subject to seasonal availability and market requirements.
