Due to substantial business growth in the past 4-5 years, coupled with an increased need for administration support, we are excited to announce a new opportunity for an Accounts Administration Assistant within our thriving business.

YOUR NEW ROLE DUTIES

• Perform daily Accounts Receivable tasks, including bank reconciliations and customer statement management
• Manage FX Currency transactions
• Weekly reporting on FX exposure and job status
• Handle general bookkeeping responsibilities in XERO
• Assist with ad-hoc accounting tasks and liaise with auditors as required
• Collaborate with sales managers, customers, and suppliers for sales and purchase orders
• Prepare and dispatch export documents (full training provided)
• Ensure timely shipping and compliance with legislative requirements
• Coordinate regular program orders for designated regions
• Maintain organized shipping files for record-keeping

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐍𝐄𝐄𝐃

• Bookkeeping and accounts administration experience
• Experience with XERO & Pronto accounting software
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to consistently pay careful attention to details to ensure accuracy across all tasks and export documents
• The right to permanently live & work in Australia

This is a full-time permanent and secure opportunity with a well-established and highly reputable company. 

• 8.30am – 5.30pm, Mon – Fri
• Up to $65,000 KPA + Super
