Mulwarra Corporate Chef Mike Tafe enjoyed an outstanding week and shared some interesting session with local staff during Anantara’s Gourmet Week festival in Abu Dhabi and Dubai (9-16 April).

The attendees had the opportunity to learn tips and techniques for creating mouthwatering dishes from the professionals and sample the exceptional Australian flavours supplied by quality Mulwarra beef, lamb and seafood items.

The event included cooking demonstrations and master classes, tasting sessions and Gala Dinner at Royal Pavillion Villas.
