Mulwarra Chef Mike Tafe in liaison with Grand Hyatt Muscat’s Executive Chef Adam Szczechura constructed a grill menu for the 90-seat venue (Grill House) highlighting Australian red meat. The promotion also included two Thursday Night “Garage Grill Events” whereby all the cooking was conducted via a series of 8 Live Stations that were set up on the terraced area amongst the guests. Penfolds wines helped co-sponsor the promotion which re-enforced the Australian branding of the events.
The hotel Owner dined at the venue regularly throughout the promotion and was a big fan of the Lightly Smoked Lamb Cutlets, The Barbecued Veal Ribs and the Wagyu Strip Loin.
