Our product, Mulwarra Lamb was showcased on the menu at the The Myanmar Chef Association Charity dinner, a very pleasant evening in getting to meet many local and international chefs, importers and suppliers.
The guests and especially the Chefs who attended this special charity event were captivated by the quality of the Mulwarra lamb that they said it was indeed magnificent and the flavour was remarkable. The dinner guests were delighted with the fabulous “Slow roasted Mulwarra Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb, Iringi Mushrooms, Smoked garlic confit, Piperade Sauce Apple chutney and Gratinated fondue potato” presented by Chef Richmond Lim.
On this special evening with a great cause, everything was perfect and represented a truly memorable dinner, each course was superb, hard to pick a favourite course as they were all equally fantastic. There were about 200 guests from all over the world at the charity dinner and the food was international with influences from Asia, Europe, central America etc.
