Angel Seafood has Friend of the Sea Certification for Pacific (Crassostrea gigas) and Angasi (Ostrea Angasi) Oysters, farmed in the pristine waters and ecosystem of Coffin Bay, South Australia.

An efficient traceability system is in place to ensure that all Angel Seafood Oysters are fully traceable from spat, throughout their life’s history on the company’s farms, to their final destination.

From an environmental perspective, Angel Seafood conducts a responsible farming operation which complies with the Friend of the Sea standard. Friends of the Sea certification is an important international confirmation of the natural origin of Angel oysters. Oysters have minimal impact on the environment and are one of the most sustainable seafood choices.
